After graduating as a movement specialist and ballet artist, I moved to Ukraine to begin my career at the National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Odesa. Serving there for ten years while earning my higher education as a teacher of classical and contemporary dance became another major turning point — completely reshaping my lifestyle, expanding my mindset, and broadening how I see the world.
Over 20 years in movement and teaching, I have traveled from classical pointe work to deep anatomical practice, navigating relocations and teaching across 45 countries.
Today, I am living my fourth immigration. My body has walked through the intense experience of relocation, loss of identity, deep adaptation, pregnancy, childbirth, and successful recovery.
My dream is to inspire women around the world to show up bravely, make bold decisions, and follow their dreams — all while holding a gentle, trusting, and loving relationship with their own body.
Let's open up your potential together. ♡
